Why Work with Us?
Dr. McEachern and her experienced team bring a unique and valuable combination of knowledge in both Clinical and Organizational and Social Psychology. While we do not offer individual clinical services when hired in this business context, our background in clinical psychology provides a depth of understanding that informs how we interpret behavior, support teams, and design effective organizational strategies. This is especially true when dealing with strong personalities and conflict within teams. Combined with our experience in supporting small to large businesses, this dual perspective allows us to offer more comprehensive and targeted support. The psychologists on the team have experience with research design and data analysis, to take on any organizational size. We enjoy helping you to define the profile of success within your designated roles, and match this with new hires or selections for promotions. This is a complex assessment process that is best accomplished with evidence based standardized tools of our trade. Many of these higher order standardized inventories are only to be interpreted by psychologists trained in their use, and thus we can access gold standard data to inform our recommendations for your decisions.
This level of formal psychological training sets us apart from many consultants in the field, particularly in an industry that has become increasingly saturated with individuals entering through coaching or career advising pathways—often without the rigorous education, supervised experience, or ethical grounding that formal education provides. We encourage organizations to do their due diligence when selecting partners in this space. Credentials, scope of training, and experience truly matter in developing rapport for honesty in reporting at all levels of your organization, securing confidentiality, and building a buy-in at all levels to deliver outcomes co-authored by all participants. Our recommendations are delivered verbally and in writing, with practical actionable steps which include explanations. We deliver the rationale and the steps, including anticipating any challenges and offering solutions. The values specific to an organization are foremost in our minds as we assess and deliver recommendations.
Our multidisciplinary team brings a holistic lens to workplace behavior, performance, and organizational well-being. We’ve worked across government, healthcare, emergency services, and private industry, offering customized support in:
Whether you're scaling your business up or down, restructuring a team, or aiming to boost engagement and productivity, our psychologically informed strategies are designed to maximize organizational health and success. We are unique in that we are all clinicians who provide assessment and treatment of individuals, not just assessment and care for organizations. We are informed by the countless hours of support to individuals experiencing work stress, and how this can be addressed at an organizational level. We see the ways to capture individual strengths and place people for success, while stepping them back from work that would be a strength for someone else. We recognize small change as lending itself to a snowballing impact on positive workplace attitudes, with problem solving strategies built in.
Many companies do not have in-house human resource teams, and this can be beneficial given the independence of our visiting team and the objectivity that comes with consultants. You can bring us in, as needed, and we maintain the growing knowledge of your business, accepting tasks as they arise.
We have been appreciated for helping individuals within an organization to feel heard and understood, then helping them to be invested in their success and success of the organization. We pride ourselves in motivating all personalities toward mutual organizational goals, providing strategies unique to your situation.
We are a large group, with 15 practitioners (eight psychologists, one doctor of psychology applicant to the registration process; and 6 multidisciplinary team members).
If individual treatment would benefit members of your organization, you can access this service with any parameters you prefer regarding brief interventions, and we can find a good fit with a different in-house clinical team member who has not been a part of your business consultation team.
We recognize barriers to success and find creative, kind, low risk and effective ways to move your organization forward. We love what we do, and it shows.
